The AM27S181DC is a schottky TTL programmable read-only memory. The AM27S181/BJA has three-state outputs which are compatible with low-power schottky bus standards capable of satisfying the requirements of a variety of microprogrammable controls, mapping functions, code conversion, or logic replacemnt. Easy word-depth expansion is facilitated by both active LOW and active HIGH output enables. The AM27S181/BJA is also available in a 300-mil, lateral-center DIP.
